Requests, quotes and bookings

Submitting a stay request or consultation request does not create a booking or a contract. A direct booking is confirmed only when you approve a written quote from SociosBNB and complete the required payment. The terms stated in your quote, together with our Booking & Cancellation Policy, apply to your stay. Bookings made through Airbnb are governed by Airbnb’s terms and policies.

Property owner services

Co-hosting and management services are provided only under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is a promise of income, occupancy or results.

Accuracy

We work to keep photos, descriptions and amenities accurate. If something on a home page differs from your written quote, your quote prevails.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information or interfere with its operation.

Links to third-party sites, including Airbnb, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Limitation of liability
