Booking a stay
Can I book directly with SociosBNB?
Yes. Send a stay request with your dates and number of guests. We reply personally with the homes available, the total price and next steps. You can also book any of our homes on Airbnb.
Is there a fee to send a request?
No. Sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything until you approve your quote.
When do I pay?
Only after you approve your written quote. It lists the total, what is included and the payment schedule.
What is included in every home?
Each home page lists its bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and the full list of amenities. Most homes include Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, air conditioning and free on-site parking.
What are check-in and check-out times?
They depend on the home and are confirmed in writing with your booking details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Direct bookings follow the terms in your written quote and our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Airbnb bookings follow the policy shown on Airbnb.
Extended stays & healthcare
Do you offer weekly and monthly stays?
Yes. For 28 nights or more, request a monthly quote and receive one total for your full stay.
Do you host travel nurses and healthcare professionals?
Yes. Share your contract dates and we will suggest the homes that fit your schedule.
Can my company or agency pay?
Tell us how your stay will be paid in your request and we will let you know the options.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, when the home is available. Let us know as early as possible.
Property owners
What is Airbnb co-hosting?
You keep your Airbnb account and listing. We work alongside you on guest communication, operations and listing care.
What does full management include?
The day-to-day operation of your rental: setup, listing, pricing, guests, turnovers, maintenance coordination and reporting.
How are your fees structured?
After a consultation, you receive a written proposal with the services included and our fees.
Which areas do you serve?
Anywhere in the world. We manage short-term rentals remotely in any city or country, working with local cleaning and maintenance partners on the ground — your own team or one we help you coordinate. Our team speaks English and Spanish.
Do you guarantee income?
No. We share realistic expectations based on your property and the local market, and we report on performance as we go.
