The space
Your reservation includes the entire property: both the upstairs and downstairs units. It’s a flexible setup for a group that wants to stay together while having more room to spread out.

Across the home, you’ll find four bedrooms with one king bed and three queen beds, two living rooms with a sofa bed in each, two kitchens, two full bathrooms, and two workspaces. Two washers and two dryers make longer stays easier. Fast Wi-Fi, a yard, and parking for up to four vehicles add convenience throughout your visit.

Guest access
Your group will have access to both the upstairs and downstairs units, including all four bedrooms, both kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, workspaces, and laundry areas. The yard and parking for up to four vehicles are also included.

Self check-in makes arrival flexible. We’ll send the entry and parking instructions before your stay. Only guests included in the reservation may enter or use the property.

Other things to note
This booking includes both units of the house. Please make sure every guest is included in the reservation; the listing currently allows up to 10 guests. The home is intended for a restful stay. Parties and gatherings are not permitted, smoking is not allowed indoors, and quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are installed at all four corners of the house. The cameras monitor the outside of the property only; there are no cameras inside the home.

The home is a convenient base for Wynn Hospital, the Utica University Nexus Center, Adirondack Bank Center, and other Utica destinations. Check your preferred route for travel times to a specific event or appointment.
