Booking & Cancellation Policy

How direct bookings work

1. You send a stay request with your dates and number of guests.
2. We reply with available homes and a written quote.
3. Your booking is confirmed when you approve the quote and complete the payment stated in it.

What your written quote includes

• The total price, with cleaning fees and applicable taxes itemized
• The payment schedule — for extended stays, typically a first payment at confirmation and the remaining balance on scheduled dates
• Any refundable security deposit and how and when it is returned
• Check-in and check-out times and house rules
• The cancellation and early-departure terms that apply to your stay

Cancellations

The cancellation terms for each direct booking are stated in your written quote before you pay. If you need to cancel or change your dates, contact us as early as possible.

Airbnb bookings

Stays booked through Airbnb follow the cancellation policy shown on the Airbnb listing at the time of booking.

House rules

Guests agree to follow the house rules provided for each home, including occupancy limits and any rules about smoking, pets, parties and quiet hours.
