About SociosBNB
Hospitality With a Personal Touch
SociosBNB LLC hosts furnished homes in Utica and Rome, New York — and villas and rooms in Colombia’s Coffee Region — for guests who want to feel at home wherever they go.
Our story
Built by a Traveler, for Travelers
SociosBNB was founded by Angel, a traveler and hospitality entrepreneur who knows how much a comfortable, welcoming place matters when you are away from home.
That idea shapes everything we do: homes that are fully furnished and thoughtfully prepared, clear information before you book, and a team that is easy to reach. Today we host homes for travel nurses, business travelers, contractors, families and vacationers — and we help property owners bring the same standard to their own rentals.
